Salty Caramel, dark chocolate delight!
Ingredients
3x Cups Soaked Almonds
1x Cup Soaked Dates
1 cup Tahini
3/4 cup Maple Syrup
2 tsp Vanilla Powder
pinch Black Salt/or fav salt
1/2 cup Soft Virgin Coconut Oil
2x 37g Bliss Bars (or 1x 80g Weta)
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
4x tbsp Maple Syrup
4x tbsp Raw Cacoa Power
Instructions
Base:
Pulse almonds and dates in food processor until crumbed and press into a sandwich tin with baking paper and pop in the freezer.
Caramel:
Mix tahini, maple syrup, soft virgin coconut oil, vanilla powder and black salt in the food processor, pour onto nut base and put back in the freezer.
Topping:
Grate chocolate and gently melt together with all other ingredients. Pour on top of caramel and freeze down till hard. Cut and eat.
