I just had to share this recipe with you, I'm juicing a lot at the moment and today made some amazing crackers with the left over pulp, they are so good and easy!
Ingredients
Ingredients: 2 cups of vege pulp (I am juicing so used the left over)this mix was carrot tomato slightly fermented red cabbage ginger and fresh turmeric 1/2 cup of soaked linseed I lemon with rind Pepper Garlic Chilli
Instructions
Blend together
spread out on a lightly oiled baking paper on oven tray. Olive or coconut is my preference. The batter should be maybe 1/3 cm thick.
Set oven to lowest temperature. . 40 Celsius is ideal
Bake ...after 3-4 hours take out. Carefully flip and remove baking paper. Place back on tray and indent cracker shapes with a knife.
Bake for another 4-6 hours
Break into shape store in airtight container
